The Day I Snapped
The Day I Snapped are a punk/emo band from Glasgow, Scotland. Formed in late 2000, They have played with bands such as Pretty Girls Make Graves, Billy Talent, The Lawrence Arms, Hot Water Music and The Offspring. Over the few years they have made various recordings, all produced and engineered by current bassist Chris Gordon (Union of Knives, Deckard, ex Baby Chaos). These recordings helped the band develop and they were rewarded with airplay on Radio 1, including a live session on the Vic and Gill show in 2003 and also given the opportunity to take part in some great shows, including T In The Park. They have just recently signed to Lockjaw Records for the release of their acclaimed debut album due out in September 2006.
