Wikipedia
Rye bread is bread made with rye flour. It can be light or dark in color, and is typically denser than bread made from wheat flour. Rye bread (''ruisleipä'' in Finnish, ''rukkileib'' in Estonian) is the most typical and common type of bread consumed in Finland and Estonia. It is higher in fibre than other types of common bread and is dark in color and full of flavor. Another type of rye bread is rye crispbread, which is a cracker like bread that is thin and crispy and made from rye. food-stub Category:Breads
